CoM.i JJpICTtM� AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein- after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, with respect to rear yard requirementst and Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brookf and Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that a variation should be grantedf NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows: Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 19660, as amended, contained in Section VII, 4, C, 1, g) , are hereby varied to permit a rear yard setback from 90 feet to 29 feet for the con- struction of a horse stable, subject to the removal of all existing structures on the hereinafter described real estate within two (2) years after the beginning of construction of said horse stable, and subject further to the removal of the horse stable in its entirety in the event said real estate would be subdivided for another buildable site. Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described as, to-w' it: Lot 2 in Soukup's Subdivision in the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, commonly known as 701 Acorn Hill Lane, Oak Brook, Illinois.
