S-257 - 07/25/1972 - ZONING -VARIATION - Ordinances OEM- ORDINANCE NO. ;��►�," $-Z�itt; AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE 'ri11' ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF Q�•• "`jp3rt � WAS OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein- after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, with respect to rear yard requirements; and Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that a variation should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows: i Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", i as amended, contained in Section VII, Paragraph D, Subsection 8 (c) , are hereby varied to permit a rear yard setback from 60 feet to 58 feet for a distance of approximately ten (10) running feet from the Northwest corner of the existing residence so as to allow for the construction of a one story addition to said residence. Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described as, to-wit: Lot 12 in Robinhood Ranch Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the West half of Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded June 15, 1953 as Document 685421, in DuPage County, Illinois. commonly known as 16 Robin Hood Ranch, Oak Brook, Illinois.
