AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY IN SECTION 28
TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 31 d „" ►
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN TO THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village Of
Oak Brook:
Section 1. WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described is surrounded by
the Village of Oak Brook, and
WHEREAS, none of said territory is within the corporate limits of any
municipality, and
WHEREAS, the esiddtheaterritoryshereinafterudes�:ribed�rod the annex-
ation of the land lying within
IOW, THEREFORE, the following described territory is hereby declared annexed
and is hereby annexed to the Village of Oak Brook:
Lot 3 in Oak Brook Hills Plat of Survey being the North 301 feet
(except the East 570 feet thereof) of the South 1341.0 feet of the
West half of the South East Quarter of Section 28, Township 39 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in York Townsoig,
DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 2. The Village Clerk be, and she is hereby instructed and ordered
to fi eT copy of this Ordinance together with a copy of an accurate map of the
annexed territory for recording with the Recorder of Deeds and the County Clerk
of DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval as provided by law.
