AN ORDaNANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO
THE R(TLES AND REGULATIOKS Or "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate .authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966", as amended, with respect to lot size requirements; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been !
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brooke
and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that
a variation should be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoninij-Tr3Tnance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 19660,
as amended, contained in Section VII, D, 3, are hereby varied to
permit a. lot size of .9621 instead of one (1) acre.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described
as, to-w t:
Rickert's Division of the Westerly 180 feet of Lot 1,
De Witt's Assessment Plat, being an Assessment Plat
of the South Twelve (12) acres of the East Your Hundred
Sixty-Two (462) feet of the East Halt of the Southwest
Quarter of Section Twenty-Eight (28) , Township Thirty-
Nine (39) North, Range Eleven (11) , East of the Third
Principal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois.
The common location of the property is north on Oak Brook Road,
east of Meyers Road anti east of the creek, Oak Brook, Illinois.
Section 3.. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an a tar lts passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
