AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. S-218 ADDING
AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSITORY
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois:, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. S-218, being "An
Ordinancnating Certain Depositories For Municipal Funds
of the Village of oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois," as amended,
be and hereby is further amended to add the following as an addi-
tional designated depository of funds for the Village of Oak Break,
DuPage County, Illinois:
Western National Bank of Cicero, Illinois.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an3 after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
