AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO 1q-7A
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966", as amended, with respect to side yard requirements; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook;
and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that
a variation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning Or finance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966",
as amended, contained in Section VII, C, 1, g (4) are hereby varied
to permit the construction of a horse stable 40 feet from the side
lot line upon the hereinafter described realty.
Section 2. The real estate affected hereby is legally described
as, to-w a
The West 165 feet of a part of the West half of the
Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 39 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
described as follows: commencing 10 chains North and
10 chains East of the Southwest corner of said North-
east quarter of said Section 36, running thence East
9.90 chains to the division line of the quarter sec-
tion; thence North 10 chains on said division line to
a road; thence West 9.96 chains to a stake in road;
thence South 10 chains to Ahrens Line and place of
beginning, in DuPage County, Illinois,
commonly known as 321 Canterberry Lane, oak Brook, Illinois.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an a ter its passage xnd approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
