P' 1A)*. ° AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION 04 ~aq -40a 0A9 TC THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE ZONINr ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966", AS AMENDED Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein- after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, with respect to yard parking requirements; and Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and Whereas, the said Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the variation be granted; and Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook concur in said recommendation and are of the opinion that a variation should be granted; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as follows: Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordin nga of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 196611, as amended, contained in Section XI.,, Paragraph E, Subparagraph 7, are hereby varied to permit the number of parking spaces in the front yard for the building to:,be: cotstructed on the hereinafter described real estate as computed from 6 to 224. I Section 2. This variation is subject to the restriction that the peripheral parking areas adjacent to the North and West residential areas be developed as a part of the last phase of the proposed long range building devc: opment. Section 3. The real estate effected hereby is legally described as, to-wit: Lot 1 in Oak Brook Development Company's Subdivision No. 5 of part of Lot 1 in Butler Company - M - 1 Inc. Assessment Plat No. 4, situated in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County, Illinois, General Location: on the West side of Swift Drive approximately 365' North of Windsor Drive. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case made and provided.
