AN ORDINANCE REZONING,TERRIT0RY IN THE SOUTH 1A N'tT 7r
PORTION OF CORPORATE .PLAZA SUBDIVISION UNIT II IN
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK 1q'13
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois:
Section 1. That a certain ordinance, passed and approved by
the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook
on March 22, 1966, entitled "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as subsequently amended, be and
the said zoning ordinance is hereby again amended so that the
classification and rezoning of the territory described as;
The South 320 feet of Corporate Plaza Subdivision Unit II
and a triangular parcel described as followsr Starting at
a point on the West line of Corporate Plaza Subdivision
Unit II and 320 feet North of the Southwest corner of said
Subdivision then proceed North along said West line a
distance of 200 feet, then proceed' Southeasteily to a point
100 feet East of the West line of said Subdivision and on
a line 320 feet North of and parallel to the South line of
the subdivision, then proceed West a distance of 100 feet
along said line to the point of beginning, as shown on the
Corporate Plaza Subdivision Unit II Plat, recorded on the
10th day of August, 1972 in DuPage County, as Document
Number R72-46895, all lying within the Northwest quarter
of section 26, Township 39 North, Range 11 East of the
Third Principal Meridian in DuPage County,. Illinois:
be and the said classification or zoning of said property is hereby
changed and re-classified from Class"R-,4 Single-Family-Residence
District" to Class "ORA-1 Office-Research-•Assembly" under said
zoning ordinance as so amended, and the said zoning ordinance,
as amended, and the zoning district map, as amended, of 'the Village
