ORDINANCE NO. 5-280
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING
SIGNATORIES FOR DISBURSEMENTS
TO BE MADE FOR AND IN BEHALF
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
.the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as follows:
Section '1. The President and Treasurer of the Village
of Oak Brook are hereby designated as authorized signatories for
any and all disbursements to be made for and in- behalf of the
Village of Oak Brook.
'Sectiori '2. All prior Ordinances and Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby rescinded insofar as such conflict
exists.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in
such case made and provided.
