AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. S-257

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. ordinance No. S-257 granting a variation from
the rules and regulations of --PThe Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966", as amended, is hereby repealed
in its entirety for the property legally described in Section 2
hereof.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally
described as,to-w t:
Lot 12 in Robinhood Ranch Subdivision, being a Sub-
division of part of tha West half of Section 36,
Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded
July 15, 1953, as' Document No.' 685421, ,iri DuPage
County, Illinois.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in
such case made and provided.
