S-7 THE LIQUOR CONTROL ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ALLOWABLE CLASS "A" LICENSES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois , as follows: Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. S-7, being "An Ordinance Regulating the Sale of Alcoholic Liquor Within the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois" , as amended, be, and the same is hereby, further amended to read as follows : "Section 10. Number of Licenses: Until other- wise altered or changed by ordinance or resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, the number of "Class A" licenses issued within the Village of Oak Brook shall be limited to twenty (20) and the number of "Class B" licenses shall not be limited. " Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case made and provided.
