THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" AS AMENDED Y
Whereas;, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations of
"The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966",
as amended,; with respect to front yard requirements; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning- Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak' Brook have reviewed the proceedings and" are of the opinion that
a variation should be granted:
. NOW, THEREFORE, BRIT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village- of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows: :_
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning�rdlLnance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 196611,
as amended,. contained in- Section VIII, E, 4 (b) , are hereby varied to
permit a reduction in the existing front yard from 16 feet to 6 feet
-to remodel the front of the existing nonconforming building existing
on the property hereinafter described for entrance ways per the plan
presented, file #7319 dated September 4, 1973, prepared by Eldon
pumroese Associates.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described
as, to-wit:
Lot 1 (except the west & 144. 79 feet thereof) and
that part of Lot 3 lying east of -the east line of
the west 144.79 feet of said Lot 1 extended South,
in Lestak°s 22nd Street Assessment Plat, in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 39,- North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, .in
DuPage County, Illinois.
The common location- on the property being South west corner of 22nd
Street and Midwest Road, Oak Brook, Illinois .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full farce and effect
from and a tamer its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this3 •
