AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
-1 A PRIOR SPECIAL USE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook as follows:
Section 1. Ordinances S-231 and S-243 granting a special use
to the Oak Brook Bank per a site plan attached are hereby amended to
permit the erection of an additional drive up facility only without
altering the existing driveways and greenways .
Section 2. All other provisions of said Ordinance not in
conflict with Section 1 hereof are hereby confirmed and in full
force and effect.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
PASSED and APPROVED. by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this 28th day
of May 1974
