AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF "THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS, OF 1966" AS AMENDED
Whereas, the owner of the property more particularly herein-
after described has petitioned the corporate authorities of the
Village of Oak Brook for a variation to the rules and regulations
of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of
1966" , as amended, with respect to side yard requirements; and
Whereas, a public hearing pursuant to said request has been
held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook; and
Whereas, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook have reviewed the proceedings and are of the opinion that
a variation should be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The
Zoning Ordinance- of- the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, of 1966" ,
as amended, contained- in Section V,- G, 3, h, (22) and Section V, G,
3, d, (2) are hereby varied to permit the erection of a USLTA tennis
court in accordance ith the plat of survey dated March 7, 1969 and
prepared by Consoer, Townsend & Associates.
Section 2. The real estate effected hereby is legally described
as, to-wit:
Lot 269 in Brook Forest Unit Five, being a Subdivision
of part of Section 27 , Township 39 North, Range 11 East
of the Third Principal Meridian according to the Plat
thereof recorded February 20, 1969 as Document R69-
7180, in DuPage County, Illinois.
The common location of the property is 19 Kimberley, .0ak Brook,
Illinois.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as by statute in such case
made and provided.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, �llinois, this 28th day
of May , 1974 .
