AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING
FOR THE TAKING OF A CENSUS IN THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook , Illinois :
Section 1 . That a census be taken in the Village of
Oak Brook , Illinois , for the purpose of ascertaining the
population in the following annexed territory of the Village
of Oak Brook :
Date of Annexation Ordinance
November 13 , 1973

Timber Trails Area , per the legal description attached
Section 2 . That census takers shall be named by the
President and Board of Trustees for the purpose of ascertain-
ing the number of inhabitants in the annexed territory.
Section 3. After the census is taken , the same shall
be subscribed and sworn to by the census takers as being
true and correct, and shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
Section 4. The compensation of said census takers
shall be ONE DOLLAR ( $1 . 00) .

Trustees of The Village of Oak Brook , DuPage County , Illinois ,
