AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE S-444
AND ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS
GOVERNING THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE
FACILITIES KNOWN AS THE SPORTS CORE AND
ESTABLISHING POLICIES FOR THE RENTAL
OF GOLF CARTS
WHEREAS, on November 27, 1979 the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook passed and approved Ordinance
S- 444, which Ordinance established policies for the Oak Brook Golf
Club; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend such policies to in-
clude approved rental fees for golf carts to be utilized on the said
Golf Course ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the provisions of the-.preamble herein-
above set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein
Section 2 : That Ordinance S-444 be and is hereby amended
by adding thereto as Section G to Exhibit 1 of said Ordinance the following
policy regarding golf cart rental fees :
G. GOLF CART RENTAL FEES
18 Holes 9 Holes
Power Carts $ 13. 00 $ 7.00
Hand Carts 1. 00 . 75
When the Golf Club leases additional carts on a short term
basis , the per diem cost, in excess of the above rates ,
shall be charged to the person or persons for whom such
carts were Teased.
Section 3 : That Ordinance S-444, except as amended here
by, shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4 : That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form in the manner
provided by law.
Section 5 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in_pam-
phlet form, all as required by law.
