AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook have heretofore passed Ordinance S- 456 on September'
9 , 1980 ; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provided for the sale of certain ex-
cess personal property owned by the Village of Oak Brook; and
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property proposed for sale
pursuant to said Ordinance remain unsold; and
WHEREAS, supplemental proposals have been submitted for various
items of the remaining surplus personal property ;
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows :
Section 1 : That the Village Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to sell the personal property described in the attached Ex-
hibit "A" now owned by the Village of Oak Brook to the persons listed
therein.
Section 2 : That any and all remaining items unsold and pre-
viously offered for sale pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance S-456
are hereby authorized to be disposed of as junk material .
