(I) Proposed fire protection plan as detailed in letter from Milton N. Zic, entitled, "Proposed Fire Protection For Whitehall Park" and dated December 11, 1981, providing for installation of an automatic sprinkler system. Section 2: That the final preservation plan hereby approved pursuant to Section VII E (2) (b) of the Zoning Ordinance is specifically and exclusively intended for the property located on the north- side of 35th Street approximately 1200 feet east of Midwest Road, which property is legally described as: Lot 23 in Whitehall Park, a Subdivision of part of Section 34, Township 39 North Range 11 East, of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois, according to the plat thereof recorded 1983 as document R83 as approved by the Village of Oak Brook pursuant to Resolution R-341 passed and approved February 8, 1983. Section 3: That the conditions as contained in subsections (E) (F) and �. (H) of Section 5 of the attached Exhibit A are hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Section 4: That all public improvements and land improvements reasonably required for implementation of the preservation plan shall be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor as incorporated by reference in the Resolution approving the final plat of subdivision of Whitehall Park, Resolution R-3141, passed and approved February 8, 1983. i Page 3 Section 5: That the condcaniniu-n plat, Exhibit R to the "Declaration of Cond(xniniun Cxanership and other Easements, Covenants and Restrictions for the Whitehall Park Concdominitrtct" may be amendel from time to tiTrpe to reflect corrected dimensions necessitated in the develourent of the fifty--three candcmlinium units, provided, however, that no such amendment may be made which exceeds an alteration of any dimension listed thereon by more than 12 inches, and further provided prompt prior notification of any such alteration is given to the Village in the form of a recordable amendment to said condcxnini.um plat.
