S- 576 f' AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION VII(C)(8)(c) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK ORDINANCE G-60 AS AMENDED RELATIVE TO REQUIRED REAR YARDS (7-Hunt- Club Lane) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a variation from the provisions of Section VII(C) (8)(c) of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance G-60, as amended, to permit the construction of a house addition extending approximately 76 feet from the rear lot line, which addition would encroach into the 100-foot required rear yard; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook on February 4, 1986 pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; and WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by said Zoning Board of Appeals that the variation requested be granted; and WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals made explicit findings that the variation requested meets the applicable standards set forth in Section XIII(G)(4) of said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village concur with the recommendations and findings made by the Zoning Board of Appeals; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section VII(C)(8) (c) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook so as to permit construction of a house addition extending approximately 76 feet from the rear lot line in substantial conformity with the Site Plan submitted with the i application and received October 21, 1985, a copy of which Site Plan is attached hereto, labelled Exhibit A and hereby incorporated. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property known as 7 Hunt Club Lane, Oak Brook, Illinois, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 7 in Oak Brook Estates, being a Subdivision of the South 40 acres, except the West 30.0 feet thereof of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof, Recorded April 25, 1952 as Document #650115, in Du Page County, Illinois. Permanent Parcel No. 06-25-406-001 Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect form and after its passage and approval pursuant to law.
