WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting as variation from the
par-)visions of Section XI(D)(7) of the Oak Brook Zoning Off, Ordinance
G-60, as amended regarding loading berths, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village on Fobruary 2, 1988 pursuant to due and
appropriate legal notice; and
WHEREAS, a recommendation bas been made by the said Zoning Board of
Appealu that the variation r be granted; and
WHFJWAS, the said Wising Board of Appeals Made explicit findings that the
variation requ*sted its the applicable stmader& ant fo th in Section
XI1I(G)(4) of the said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and

the reecimmendations and findim-w made by the 7+sauieg Board of Appsais;

Section 1: That the provisions at the preamble hereinabove sot forth are
hereby adopted es- ttwxjgh fully set forth herein.

eliminate the need ta. construct a loading berth on the subject property.
