AND SIDE RD 1 IN AN R-3 SINGid+t-FARMY DETACH RESIDENCE DISTRICT SCE Aiso:s.�g (459 FOREST TRAIL) i I WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting a variation from the ;provisions of Section VII(E)(8) of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance G-60, as amended; and WHEREAS, a heaing on has due and conducted andappr pri he ate Zoning Board of App legal notice; and WHEREAS, the said Zoning Board of Appeals made explicit findings of fact that the variation requested conforms to the standards set forth in Section VII(E)(8) of the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees concur with the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals to grant said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND f'oOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section VII(E W( of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook so as to allow the construction of additions to the front and side of the residence, reducing the existing front yard from 32 feet to 26 feet instead of the 40 feet required and reducing the side yard from the required 12 feet to 10 feet. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property located at 459 Forest Trail, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 10 in Timber Trails Estates Annex, being a subdiv_aion of a part of the East half of Section 23, Township 39 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian according to the Plat thereof recorded August 17, 1950 as Document 601607 in DuPage county, Illinois.
