S- 655 a.S G L6LG ob-3(*- 307-0 J j, J �► AN ORDINAN(� GRl1liTI11G vARIATIOl1S F" THE pROVI C!81cm of 014+ SECTION XII(B?(2)(b) ANU bti(:1"YVIi VII(D)(8)(c) NOW oP THE ZOIIING ORDINANCB OF THE VMIr,E I OAK =001 1 RELATIVE 10 REOLIRBD REAR YARDS (25 Glendale Avenue) WHEREAS, an application has been filed requesting variations from the provisions of Section XII(B)(2)(b) and Section VII(D)(8)(c) of the Zoning Ordinance of the village -3f Oak Brook to permit the construction of an addition encroaching approximately 37.5 feet into the required 60 foot rear yard on the property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on such application has been conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Oak Brook on September 6, 1988 j pursuant to due and appropriate legal notice; and WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by said Zoning Board of Appeals that the variations requested be granted and made explicit findings that the variations requested meet the applicable standards set forth in Section II XIII(G)(4) of the said Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance; and I WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees concur with the recommendations and findings made by the Zoning Board of Appeals subject to the condition enumerated herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That variations are hereby granted from the provisions of Section XII(B)(2)(b) and Section VII(D)(8)(c) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook so as to permit construction of an addition encroaching approximately 37.5 feet into the required 60 foot rear yard, provided that the addition is constructed in substantial conformity with the Plat of Survey dated as received October 5, 1988, a copy of said Plat of Survey sat ached hereto, an ereby made a part hereof. Section 3: That this Ordinance is lircited and restricted to property commonly known as 25 Glendale Avenue, Oak Brook, Illinois, which property is legally described as: The East 37.5 feet of Lot 11 and Lots 9 and 10 in Block 4 in Glendale Subdivision, a subdivision of part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, and part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 38 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, and a resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 2 of the Town of Fullersburg, according to the plat of said Glendale subdivision recorded September 8, 1926 as Document 220961 in DuPage County, Illinois. pe t Parcel Nos. 06-36-307-012 013 and 014.
