AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR CORPORATE PURPOSES
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING MAY 1, 1992 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1993
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that an Ordinance Making
Appropriations for Corporate Purposes for the Fiscal Year Beginning May 1,
1992 and Ending April 30, 1993, is amended by adding the following under
subsection 011830, General Corporate Fund, under the line item, Operating
Transfers Out:
Transfers to dstablish two new funds for the purposes of replacing
capital equipment and maintaining infrastructure within the
Village -
$500,000 to establish the Capital Equipment Replacement Fund
$1,000,000 to establish the Infrastructure Fund
Said appropriation to be funded from sources other than tax levy.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the total appropriation under the General
Corporate Fund for Operating Transfers Out be amended from $0.00 to $1,500,000
and that the total appropriation for all General Corporate purposes be amended
to read from $14,423,452 to $15,923,452.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage
and approval pursuant to law.
