Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance 5-255 is hereby amended to state as follows: Section 1. That the applicable rules and regulations of "The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook; Illinois, of 1966", as amended, contained in Section X, paragraph (B) , sub-paragraph (3) , are hereby varied to permit an increase in floor area from 194,256 square feet to 215,500 square feet which maximum floor area shall be apportioned as follows among the three new lots into which said Lot 1 in Oak Brook International Office Center Subdivision has been approved to be subdivided by Plat of Resubdivision dated, as last revised, May 4, 1995, approved by the Village Board on May 9, 1995: New Lot 1, 2901 Butterfield Rd - 110,540 gross sq.ft. (51.3%) New Lot 2, 2905 Butterfield Rd - 52,525 gross sq.ft. (24.4%) New Lot 3, 2907 Butterfield Rd - 52,435 gross sq.ft. (24.3%) Total 215,500 gross sq.ft.
