Baumruk for the 2.7 acre parcel of land which is located on the north side of Spring Road and which would lie immediately west of Madison Avenue if Madison were extended north of Spring Roado. This petition requests approval to divide this lot into two lots, one of which would contain one acre and the second lot on which a home is now located would contain 1.7 acres. This would still give each of these two lots at least equal to the lot size required in adjoining area, and, therefore the Plan Commission recommends that this petition be approved. f Yours very truly, i S.
