R-24 - 01/08/1963 - ZONING - ResolutionsJEB:KM 1 -8 -63 1 & 8 cc. y R E S O L U T I O N 7.0";y4- QE'Zoa0W& PRe'rUS Ter BOMER T" -¢p Co%AdTy Spy VoB WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the zoning authorities of the County of DuPage to rezone from R -2 Single Family Residence District to R -3 Single Family Residence District the following described property, and for the issuance of a special use permit to allow the construction of apartments, attached dwellings or multiple family dwellings thereon; and WHEREAS, the said property lies in close proximity to the Village of Oakbrook; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook are of the opinion that the requested rezoning and special use permit is not to the best interests of the citizens of the Village of Oakbrook and the surrounding property owners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of ,Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that the said Village go on record as being opposed to the aforedescribed rezoning and the granting of the said special use permit on the following described property, to -wit: All of tract 1 and that part of tracts 2, 4 and 5, lying south of the Illinois State Toll Highway in the Plat of Survey of the Boeger Farm south of Butterfield Road, for assessment purposes, being part of Sections 28 and 29, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded February 14, 1956, as Document No. 789439 in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois.
