WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook located in the Counties of
DuPage and Cook. State of Illinois, adopted a Yearly Resolution
dated July 9, 1974 covering location, construction, operation and
maintenance, with its own forces or by contract of water mains,
sewer lines, driveways, alleys, street returns, sidewalks, street
lights, and other facilities within the year 1977 on State Highways
within the Oak Brook Village limits.
NOW. THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain
in force for the year 1977.
