BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the assessment plat consisting of one sheet and entitled " THOMAS J.
SANTEFORT'S ASSESSMENT PLAT' prepared by Genesis Survey, P.C., dated December 20, 2001, be
and is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the THOMAS J. SANTEFORT'S ASSESSMENT PLAT contains the following
property:
The West 233 feet of the East 1323.4 feet of the South 500 feet of the West 1/2 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 28, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage
