*ff!RBAS, this area has been declared an emergency disaster area,
effective January 16th at 12:01 a.m. due to the snowstorm beginning January 12,
1979; and
SAS, thz Federal Government has stated that it will be reimbursing
affected municipalities for a portion of snow re-oval. activities.
NOW, T199UFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook that the Village of Oak Brook proceed with applica-
tion procedures to obtain said Federal Reimbursement.
BE IT PUR1iO3.4 RESOLVED that Village Lager Kith G. Carmignani be
designated as the Official Representative responsible for the application of
said funds and for the accounting for all time and monies spent on the snow
removal activities.
PASSED and A- WED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 23rd day of
January, 1979.
