S. Public Health Service; and dMODM, the most feasible method of obtaining said reliable supply of quality water is from Lake Michigan; and **WAS, the Village of Oak Brook was previously included in A&dnistrative Oiler !1 prepared by the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of hater Resararoe Managemmat; allocated 7.7 cubic feet per second in 1975 -1980. 'HARD: That an allocation of Lake Michigan water was provided to the Village of Oak Brook on the 21st day of July, A.D. 1972 an a prior application.
