The Village Board at its January 22, 1991 meeting. considered and approved the j
Salary Schedule of the Salary Administration Plan to be modified by.adjusting
the midpoint increases by 4.5% for Ranges 1 through 13, effective January 1,
1991. Attached is a .resolution embodying those changes to the Employee Pay
Plan for 1991 for your review and action.

EMPLOYEE PAY PLAN FOR 1991:
Direction given at the Regular Meeting of January 22, 1991.
Trustee Rush moved, seconded by Trustee Bartecki to pass Resolution
No. R-517 as presented and waive the full reading thereof. Roll
Call Vote:
Ayes: 6-Trustees Bartecki, Bushy, Payovich, Rush, Winters and
President Cerne
Nays: 0-None
Absent: 1-Trustee Maher
Motion Carried.

1. Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. - Payout #3 - Design 9CS
Rehabilitation (16th Street & Spring Road):

Trustee Rush moved, seconded by Trustee Winters to authorize
payment of Payout #3 to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. for
professional design services for the overlay and rehabilitation
of Spring Road and 16th Street in the amount of $13,321.50.

2. Affordable Roofing Inc. - Payout #1 & Final - Oak Brook Bath &
Tennis Club - Roof Deck Replacement:
Trustee Rush moved, seconded by Trustee Winters to authorize
payment of Payout #1 & Final to Affordable Roofing, Inc. for
deck replacement and reroofing of the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis
Club in the total amount of $35,815.00. Roll Call Vote:
