A RESOLMOK AtlsIIDM RENOLOTION A-505
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities previously approved the Final Plat of
Subdivision°of Mixon's Subdivision pursuant to Resolution R-505 passed
September 25, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 thereof erroneously made reference to engineering
plans dated October 4, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this resolution is to correct the error in said
Resolution R-505;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of oak Brook, DuPage and cook counties, Illinois as follows:
1 Section 1: That Section 2 of Resolution R-505 be and is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"A. Covenants be prepared for each lot indicating certain improvements l
which would be required at building permit time, specifically the
provision of sanitary sewer and water service lines, stormwater j
detention and driveways, all as described and generally located on
the approved preliminary engineering plan prepared by James A. Fey
and dated, as last revised, September 25, 1990, except that any
covenants relating to Lot 6 shall only relate to the granting of

easements for such facilities for the benefit of Lot 4.
B. Waiver of any requirement to install curbs, gutters or street lights
as a part of the subdivision."

Section 2: That the provisions of Resolution R-505 shall remain in full
force and effect except as specifically amended by the provisions of this ! '
resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of Fghruary , 1991 by the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brc>ok, DuPage and Cook
Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
