Before you tonight are two resolutions relating to plats previously approved
by you. The purpose of these resolutions is to amend the approval resolutions
on the two subdivisions, Mixer's and York Lake, to correct erroneous informa-
tion which was in those two resolutions. In the case of the Nixon's Subdivision, j
there was a reference in the original resolution to an incorrect date of the
approved preliminary engineering plans. The amendatory Mixon's resolution j s,
corrects this.

The amendatory resolution concerning York Lake correctly identifies the
actual Plat of Subdivision which is approved. The original resolution .
erroneously referenced the engineering plans for the subdivision as. opposed
to the actual plat document itself.
