WHEREAS, on October 23, the corporate authorities passed Resolution
R-512, which resolution approved the Final Plat of Subdivision known as York
Lake Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Section 1 of said Resolution R-512 erroneously referenced the 1
Final Plat of Subdivision as prepared by Donald G. Eddy a Company dated as {
last received August 30, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the document referenced was in actuality engineering plans for
the said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this resolution is to correct the reference to
the actual Plat of Subdivision approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois as follows:

Section 1: That Section 1 of Resolution R-512 be and is hereby amended
to read as follows: I
"That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as York Lake Subdivision
prepared by Thomas J. Cesal of Area Survey Company dated, as last I
revised, February 25, 1991, be and is hereby approved subject to the
conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the provisions of Resolution R-512 shall remain in full
force and effect except as amended by the provisions of this resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of February , 1991 by the j
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook
Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Bushy, Maher, Payovich, Rush, Winters and President Cerne
Nays: None
