Dear Madam:
The resolution adopted by the President and Board of Trustees
on March 129 1991 appropriating $205,295.00 of motor fuel tax
funds for the maintenance of various municipal streets from
January 11 1991, to December 31, 1991, was approved by this
Department an March 13, 1991.
The detailed estimate of maintenance cost in the amount of
$205,295.00 for municipal streets and the contract proposals,
were also approved by this Department on March 139 1991 and
your file copies are being returned to Dale Durfey, Village
Engineer.
Expenditure of the full amount of the approved estimate
$205,295.00 from your unobligated motor fuel tax account is
hereby authorized and will be recorded on your next monthly
Allotment Notification Letter.
