RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION was formed in 1979 and have been
based in the Village of Oak Brook since that time; and
WHEREAS, with sixty percent of their retail portfolio in the Chicagoland area, INLAND REAL
ESTATE CORPORATION has been a significant asset for the Village of Oak Brook; and
WHEREAS, INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION has generously donated to the Oak
Brook Police D.A.R.E. Program and in providing vital equipment for the Oak Brook Fire Department's
CPR/AED program; and
and
WHEREAS, these considerable contributions have greatly benefited the Village of Oak Brook;
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a record of such should
be made and spread upon the records of said Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook that the said INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION be and is hereby commended for
their contribution to the Village of Oak Brook.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their appreciation and
gratitude to the said INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be delivered to the
INLAND REAL ESTATE CORPORATION and that this Resolution be spread upon the official
permanent records of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, DuP9ge and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 12th day of February, 2013.
