RESOLUTION NO. R-525 4 —.2 3— 9 1
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, HUGH B. ARNOLD, has faithfully and with dedication and distinction
served the Village of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Board of
Trustees of the Oak Brook Police Pension Fund from December, 1976 through
February, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the said HUGH B. ARNOLD, has also served the community in many
other ways including service as an Oak Brook Caucus Delegate; and
WHEREAS, during the unselfish and dedicated rendering of said service,
HUGH B. ARNOLD has given unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise,
contributing materially thereby to the progress and well-being of the said Village
and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a
record of such faithful service should be made and spread upon the records of
said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook that said HUGH B. ARNOLD be and he hereby is
commended for his faithful service to the Village of Oak Brook and the citizens
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do
hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said HUGH B. ARNOLD for his
services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be
delivered to the said HUGH B. ARNOLD and that this Resolution be spread upon the
official permanent records of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 23rd day of
April, 1991.
