IN OXA a BFUL APPRECIATION TO sM2 RICHARD N. BROWN for his
service as part of the United States Military DESERT SHIELDISTORM
OPERATION, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a
record of such service to the United States should be made and spread upon
the records of said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that said SM2 RICHARD N. BROWN be
and he llereby is commended for his service to our Country.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its
citizens, do hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said
SM2 RICHARD N. BROWN.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this
Resolution be delivered to the said SM2 RICHARD N. BROWN and that this
Resolution be spread upon the offiudal permanent re.°ords of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 25th day
of June, 1991.
