j Section 1: That Oak Brook Bank, as a designated depository of the Village of Oak
Brook, a municipal corporation, be and it (including its correspondent banks) is hereby
requested, authorized and directed to honor checks, drafts, or other orders for the
payment of money drawn in this corporation's name, including those payable to the
individual order of any person or persons whose name or name appear thereon as signer or
signers thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures of any two of
the following*

Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by law.

Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,
