R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, McDONALD'S CORPORATION, has provided the Village of Oak Brook
with invaluable assistance during the renovation process of the Administration and
Finance Departments; and
WHEREAS, Bonnie Kos, John Reinert and Sergio Lopez and various other
members of the McDONALD'S CORPORATION staff, have provided invaluable
knowledge and assistance in both preparing the design plans as well as assisting the
Village of Oak Brook through the bid process for said renovation; and
WHEREAS, without the generous assistance of the McDONALD'S CORPORATION
and its staff, said renovation would not have been possible; and
WHEREAS, during the unselfish and dedicated rendering of said service,
McDONALD'S CORPORATION and its staff, has given willingly of its time, effort and
expertise, contributing materially thereby to the progress of said renovation; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a
record of such invaluable service should be made and spread upon the records of
said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook that said McDONALD'S CORPORATION and its staff be and
they hereby are commended "for their invaluable service to the Village of Oak Brook.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its employees, do hereby
extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said McDONALD'S CORPORATION and
its staff for its many services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be
delivered to the said McDONALD'S CORPORATION and that this Resolution be spread
upon the official permanent records of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 13th day of October,
1992.
