R-582 - 04/13/1993 - SALARY ADMIN PLAN - Resolutions SA�AFt� gAMiN LAW �q93 ii AMEW©MNT y- 13°g3 RESOLUTION R- 582 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMM TO MagA SE PAY PLAN FOIL NON-ONION ENPLoYEE8 FOR 1993 i WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II (Pay Plan) of the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook (Appendix D to the Code of Ordinances), the Village Manager is charged with developing a uniform and equitable pay plan with the approval of the Village Board; and WHEREAS, at the Acting Village Manager's request, the President and Board of Trustees have reviewed surveys of certain positions in Region IV as published in the July, 1992 edition of the Regional Governmental Salary and Fringe Benefit Survey as published by the Cook County Bureau of human Resources; and WHEREAS the President and Board of Trustees have determined that in keeping with the Salary Administration Plan, the published salaries for the positions in Grade 4 should be increased by 2.6% and the published salaries for Grade 11 should be increased by 4.1% effective January 1, 1993. NOW, THBREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE ! OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section is That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That the Employee Pay Plan for non-union employees for 1993 approved on March 9, 1993 by Resolution R-579 is amended by increasing the salaries published for Grade 4 by 2.6% and increasing the salaries published for Grade it by 4.1% effective January 1, 1993, as more fully set forth on Exhibit I entitled, °11993 Salary Plan - Non- Union r'mployess," a one-page document which is attached and incorporated herein.
