affix her signature thereon. Seconded by Trustee Payovich. ROLL

Bushy.
Nays: 0-None.
Absent: 3-Trustees Kenny, McInerney and Skinner. Motion
carried.

capacity as a member of the Board of Trustees from May, 1985
through April, 1993 and as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals
from June, 1984 through April, 1985.
