WbA4Elt1"T` RESOLUTION 93-RE-SAP-R-592 ft W. &OULWAL FeAEMAA/ A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE RMPLOM PAY' PLAN FOR NON-UNION ©NPLOYi6$ FOR 1993 WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance R-579, passed March 9, 1993, the corporate authorities approved the Employee Pay Plan for calendar year 1993; and WHEREAS, the corporate authorities have amended Ordinance R-579 from time to time; and WHEREAS, the Village Manager and the Public Works Superintendent have recommended the approval of a certain change in staffing at the Public Works Department; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have considered the proposed staffing and reorganization of Public Works and approve its immediate implementation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That the 1993 Employee Pay Plan For Non-Union Employees is amended as follows: a) The position of Public Works Journeyiian (Salary Grade 5) is deleted; b) The position of Public works General Foreman is added; said position shall be at the Grade 9 level; Section 3: The Village Board finds that the foregoing amendment to the 1993 Employee Pay Plan for Non-Union Employees conforms with the guidelines set forth in the Salary Administration Plan which was previously adopted by the Board on February 28, 1984, pursuant to Resolution R-362. Section 4: That the foregoing amendment to the Employee Pay Plan For Non- Union Employees oyees for 1993 is hereby approved.
