A RESOLUTION ANXXDIIfG THE
FAIR LABOR STAEDARD8 ACT POLICIES
f FOR THE VILLRW OF OAK BROOK
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1986, the Village President and Board of
Trustees approved the Fair Labor Standards Act policies for the Village of Oak
Brook; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R-452, as amended by Resolutions R-485
and R-509, and further amended by Resolution R-570, the Village President and
j„ Board of Trustees amended such policies by enumerating personnel exempt from
overtime pay requirements; and
t WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deem a further
ft amendment of such provisions to be appropriate;
!: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK MUNTIES, ILLINOIS that Appendix A
of the Fair Labor Standards Act policies of the Village of Oak Brook be and is
hereby amended to read as follows:
