SUBJECT: Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund(IMRF) •Authorized Agent
RECOMMENDATION: That the Village Board approve the attached Resolution
appointing Margaret C. Powers as the IMRF Authorized Agent
In 1987, the Board passed a resolution which provided that the person serving as Village
Treasurer was designated the IMRF authorized agent representing the Villagge. As Village
Treasurer, Margaret C. Powers became the IMRF authorized agent in 199'i.
Margaret Powers was recently appointed Village Manager, and if you find that it Is in the
best interest of the Village that she continue'as the Village's IMRF authorized agent, I
recommend that you approve the attached resolution authorizing Margaret C. Powers,
Vlliagge Manager, to continue to be the authorized agent representing the Village of Oak
Brook in the l�lnols Municipal Retirement Fund.
