and use of Village Facsimile Signatures-
As a housekeeping matter, the attached resolutions need formal Board-approval. One
authorizes our now Finance Officer to sign checks and the other authorizes the V11499 to
use facsimile signatures. it Is my recommendation that the Village Board approve fhise
resolutions at its meeti a of October 26, 1993.
