R E S O L U T I O N
93-AP-R-602
WHEREAS, the YORK CENTER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT"S,
vehicles utilize "Opticom" and also use the intersection of
Butterfield Road and Meyers Road responding to the south end of
their District; and
Wf UUM, the YORK CENTER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, has
graciously offered a generous contribution towards the cost of
the "Opticom" upgrade of said intersection; and
WRERSAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that a record of each contribution should be made and
spread upon the records of said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that the said YORK CENTER
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT be and hereby is commended for its
generous contribution to the Village of Oak Brook and its
citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said
Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their appreciation and
gratitude to the said YORK CRUM FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this
Resolution be delivered to the said YORK CE[iTER FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT and that this Resolution be spread upon the official
Permanent records of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,
this 26th day of October, 1993.
