Amendments to Employee Pay Plan o
Pursuant to direction from you, the Village Attorney has drafted the attached:
(1) A Resolution Approving Amendments to the Salary Administration Plan for Non-
Union Employees. This resolution approves the Salary Administration Plan as
ppresented to the Village Board at its m
eeting of November 23, 1993, effective
Debember 14, 1993.
(2) Resolution Approving.Amendments to the Employee Pay Plan for Non-Union
mpioyegs for'f 1994. This resolution increases the minimums maximums l
of all
Pay grades, with the exception of collective barge min g unit
accordance with the now Salary Administration Plan guidelines, effective
January 1, 1994.
These resolutions are being placed on the Board Meeting agenda of December 14, 1993
for your consideration.
