A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANTS TO TOR 211PLOYSE
SALARY PLRX FOR NON-MIXON ffiLOYBBS YM 1994
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II (Pay Plan) of the Personnel Rules and
Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook (Appendix D to the Code of Ordinances), the
Village Manager is charged with developing a uniform and equitable pay plan with the
approval of the Village Board; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees, at its regular Committee-of-the-
Whole meeting of February 7, 1994, considered certain proposed changes to the 1994
Employee Salary Plan for Non-Union Employees; and
WHEREAS, after recommendation by the Village Manager and due consideration at
its February 7, 1994 meeting, the Village Board directed that the position of sports
Core Manager, Golf Pro and Food and Beverage Manager/Banquet Coordinator be
eliminated and that the positions of Bath and Tennis Club Manager and Golf Club
Manager be added to the 1994 Employee Salary Plan as set forth in the attached 1994
Salary Plan - Non-Union Employees, which is labeled Exhibit A and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended the approval of the attached
Employee Pay Plan for non-union employees commencing January 1, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRTISTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAR BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
�. Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are
hereby adopt as s though fully set forth herein.
Section 2s This Village Board finds that the attached 1994 Employee Salary
Plan, as amended, (Exhibit A) conforms with the guidelines set forth in the Salary
Administration Plan which was previously adopted by the Board on December 14, 1993,
pursuant to Resolution 93-SAP-EXI-R-609.
Sect_ i^ on 3: That the attached Employee Pay Plan for 1994, as amended,
(Exhibit A) is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this Sth day of February, 1994, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,
according to a roll call vote as follows:
