SUBJECT: Employee Pay Plan Amendment and
Fair Labor Standards Act Policy Amendment
Pursuant to direction from you and the Village Manager at the Committee-of-the-Whole
meeting of February 7, 1994, 1 have drafted the attached:
(1) A Resolutron Approving an Amendment to the Employee Sa/ary. P/an for
Non-Unlon Employees for 1994. This resolution includes the positions of
Bath nd Tennis deletes the Manager position of sports Core Manager, Golf Pro and Food
Plana F�
and Beverage Manager/Banquet Coordinator.
(2) A Resoluffon Amending the Fair Labor Standards Act Policles for the Village
of Oak Brook. This resolution includes the positions of Bath &Tennis Club
Manageoo Manager e dagletes
the position of Po its Core Manager, Golf exempt from Food and Beverage
Manager/Banquet Coordinator.
I understand you will consider these resolutions at your regular meeting of February 8,
1994.
